To be blunt, sloth has been making strawman memes for months, off and on. So it seems to be fair game.

Specifically, this is Willie Brown. If you don't know who he is, he is the CA politician who arguably gave Kamala Harris her start in politics through inappropriate physical relations. She moved up to DA, then Congress, now VP, he stayed a CA icon for decades and the CA sewer continues to churn.

Sloth plants his seed all over this stream and at the moment it is to CSP's "political" gain. I assume you can figure out the implied joke there.
