There is much too much to explain in a meme site comment, but you can look at communism as the natural evolution of Satanism. Self obsessed people will tell themselves, like serpents in the garden, with this knowledge I can become like gods. They believe that they themselves are so smart that if given control over people's lives they could change human nature. No one has been smart enough to do that yet.

They literally just want control over their own lives, instead of capitalists making decisions that affect their lives.

That is impossible in a command economy. Communists wish for a decentralized economy, but it is impossible with socialism. You will -need- a central soviet to control prices and production without the use of profit motive. How would you know what to produce in a decentralized economy without profits?
