This is the scenario that preceeds every communist takeover. Just look at Venezuela. We are about to be stripped of every essential thing we need. We will be weakened into submission for our own "good." Electrical blackouts will be one of the next crises to hit. Fuel supply disruptions will be coming. We have already been conquered.
We've lost every essential battle against this for decades and now all that is left is for the occupying forces to move in and strip us of our human dignity. Only the "police" and "military" will have food, heat and mobility. Preppers won't be able to carry their guns and 2500 rounds of AR-15 ammo, their precious gold and survival food on their backs and the whole concept of defiance/resistance fades away in the mist. History repeats itself like Barnie Miller reruns.
Sorry, I hope I'm wrong, but I really don't think so. I've known too many people who described these exact things happening in their formerly free nations.
