No, no. First you slowly kill off all the important people in their life, and once that is done you frame them for the final murder. Before they can be arrested and tried you kidnap them and lock them away somewhere away from any settlements, like in the middle of a forest or something. You give them barely enough food and water for them to survive for about 3-5 months. Then, you stop feeding them for 5 days, and on the fifth day you kill them. You kill them by giving them tiny cuts all over their body, and going over the cuts to make them ever so slightly deeper, eventually getting to the point where they bleed to death. Then, to bury them you search for and endangered plant, kill an animal, dig a 9 food hole, put the person at the bottom and fill it up 6 feet, bury the animal, and then plant the endangered plant above the grave. :)
