think about it. if ganon gets reborn every 100 years, link has to be as well. b/c he always the one who defeats ganon!

Ganon doesn't tho, he is the same person in every game as he was in ocarina of time. Well excluding Four Swords Adventure where he was reincarnated. Also Link is really anyone with the Hero's spirit as stated in Demise's curse, since there is over ten Links (some related and some not). Instead what they are referring to is well, exactly what they said, only one Gerudo male is born every 100 years and that they become their king. And Ganondorf was this 100 years Gerudo male.
