That's just idiocy. It isn't even an idea. No offense, but I'm pretty sure it's impossible to have IT skills that low as a teenager. I mean I'm a programmer and a brute force hacker but you don't even need to know any of that tech wizardry bullshit to be able to know that a 403 error is automatically shown by your browser when a site is blocked in your country.
