I suggest that whenever an owner takes away someone's mod, they contact the person who's mod was removed through comments on a recent image or in memechat, explaining the reason the mod was revoked. There are quite a few people who are tired of never knowing the reason there mod is mysteriously removed, especially people who were offline at the time.
