Their magic is deeper and more studied and known, they of the end are of an ancient, respectable, powerful race.
Those of the nether are only adapted to a certain degree, using magic to survive, they are tough, hardened, crude sculptures of what came to their lands long ago.
Those of the end know what they do with their magic, they are learned as well as adapted.

It would be a hard long fight but when it ends, (No pun intended) The end come out on top
