Now that you know that...what's the solution?

*Eat right.
*Exercise.
*Avoid bad habits like smoking, excessive drinking, etc.
*Vitamins and supplements.
*If you have that many comorbidities, avoid possible exposure and do something about them!

The fact remains that the seasonal flu DID NOT drop over 90% for no reason at all, so many of the covid deaths were wrongly attributed. And as we are finding out even today, many of the current covid patients in hospitals are there WITH Covid, but did not go there BECAUSE of Covid- the lies and the spin continue nonetheless.

I am over 50, and I had Covid early on (Feb 2020), before we really knew that much about it. My job gives me plenty of physical activity, tracking 6-10 miles of walking a day. It lasted for around 3 weeks, and other than losing my sense of smell and taste, had symptoms that were hardly more than a mild cold. I also had already been taking 5000iu of vitamin D for a few years by that time, something that seems to be very helpful in defeating this thing.

Except that we have known this within the first 6 months of Covid ramping up, but those of us putting that information out there were labeled as "conspiracy theorists".
