Sure, some blue states have higher salaries than some red states. Red states, however, usually have a lower cost of living, so it really all balances out. Are you saying that Ducey wants to increase salaries in Arizona to match those being paid in blue states?
Is Arizona considered a blue state or a red state? Sure Gov Ducey is a republican, but they've got two D senators, 5 out of 9 representatives are Ds, and Arizona went to Biden in 2020.
