Did you know that it’s the typical punctuation mark that people use to show that they are quoting someone?
If the notification showed the whole comment, you would see one at the end of the quote too, because that’s what intelligent people do when they quote someone.

Everytime dumbass quotes you and you know it happens everytime he comments go ahead and request it be deleted. We will just cover then up with deletion requests
