This news story is horrible. New Hampshire's CPS works about as well as your standard DMV! In my state, if your child walks out the front door unattended, you can expect months of CPS visits. But in New Hampshire you can be a young, violent, career criminal junkie....be given custody of a child you cannot possibly care for financially or lovingly...and there is no follow-up?!? Poor little Harmony is likely dead and buried in some shallow grave because this country thinks junkie jackass criminals, thugs, and general scumbags have more rights than their victims. We care more about the well being of 65 year old Mexican nationals who snuck across the border a month ago than 7 year old innocent child with their whole life in front of them. And the worst part of all is a family was trying to adopt Harmony out of her father's drug fueled nightmare. But why allow that to happen when you can instead let the dickless scumbag father beat the child relentlessly instead? New Hampshire, you have problems.
