You understand me! My family dont believe me when I ask them for help, or just someoen I can talk to, because I'm always smiling to them. I never cry I front of them and never show my feelings. If something goes wrong I always cover my tears and say it's fine. The never know how I actually feel because I don't want them to make a massive fuss.
