Andy Cohen, appearing on CNN Friday night for his annual New Year's Eve festivities, spoke for many New Yorkers in a rant against outgoing Mayor Bill de Blasio.

Cohen, who appeared to be losing his voice toward the end of the evening and took shots on air with Cooper, ranted that de Blasio's second term was the city's 'crappiest' ever.
