You are able to amend it, Article 16 is only so people can’t just throw out the CSC and replace it with whatever document that allows them to do whatever they want.

Constitution cannot be edited or repealed

I'd assume that goes for amendments that alter the Constitution too

I don't see any contradictions in there. Looks like the CSP permanently took over the stream the moment Olympian tricked Congress into voting for this without even reading it. And now Surly is calling us all idiots for falling for it.

Amendment definition: a minor change or addition designed to improve a text, piece of legislation

Looks like they're basically stopping us from making any changes that matter. I think they've done it Jay. They won. Even thought I won the election my hands are tied. We lost.

I'm not writing it. Everyone is. But it probably won't matter anyway because the CSP power grab has been successful and Scar is letting it happen. This sucks.

The only slim hope is if it was not properly voted in procedurally. I haven't heard any evidence to support that.
