I keep hearing this notion that Arkansans love Bill and Hillary Clinton, and sure Bill's time as governor, he was well received by Arkansans.
However, things have changed in the last 20 years since he was in office. Heck, it started all the way back in 1998 when, aside from other things, all Bill's corruption finally came to light to the general public of Arkanasas. You ask any Arkansans post-1998... they would've not said anything flattering about the Clintons.
Since then, they've voted in every Republican president with overwhelming support. See for yourself:

And do you know why? Because Arkansas hates the Clintons.
60.6% and 62.4% Arkansas overwhelmingly voted for Trump in 2016 and 2020 respectively.

In fact, came in as one of the top ten (tenth) out of the 34 red states that overwhelmingly voted for Trump over Hillary. And top eight (eighth) of the 28 red states that overwhelmingly voted Trump over Biden. Yeah, more Arkansans probably voted for Trump than whatever state you're in.
And do you know why?
Because Arkansans in general hate the Clintons.
