The only thing I can think of from last term that presented a Constitutional challenge was when Pr1ce self-deleted. There was no Constitutional provision that addressed that situation specifically — what happens when an elected official self-deletes? In the end, a replacement HOC was selected through a Congress vote, which was a fair resolution.
Other than that unique and hard-to-foresee circumstance, I can’t think of any pressing need to rewrite the current Constitution let alone toss out the whole thing.
Be specific about your objections, consider less-radical alternatives to a wholesale Constitutional bonfire, and you might find more support.
