Imgflip. Reddit has all the problems Imgflip has times ten. If you think the mods are bad here, it's even worse in Reddit. It's also a lot more toxic, and there's a lot less diversity of opinion. It's like 90% leftist, since all the conservatives have either been banned by biased mods, harassed by toxic leftists, or use other sites like Imgflip, patriots.win, and Gab.
