What I object to is folks like you pretending to be obtuse when you know EXACTLY what you are saying and doing. I know its a typical tactic of "fifth columnists" that are trying to sow dissent among the people of a nation, to hasten its crumble.

So, I don't have much patience with folks, like yourself, who won't even acknowledge, much less stand by, their own insane utterances of their chosen propaganda!!!

"Arkansans in general hate the Clintons." why did they vote for them?"

They didn't.

As I've said, four times now, and so I'm just going to assume you're trolling unless this really is news to you that the Clintons are very very unwelcome in Arkansas.

1. I know for a fact that is photoshopped. My cousin is an Arkansas Traveler. The owner then wouldn't have signed off on that at all. lol

2. I said the instances you used for Hillary were fake. Because I know the Travelers owner wouldn’t use them.

3. The Travs owner hated Bill. Arkansans in general hate the Clintons.

3. b - (the part you didn't read) -> Sure! In Bill's time as governor, he was well received by Arkansans. But his time as President only brought to light the ills of his governing ability and the corruption. You ask any Arkansans post-1998... they would've not said anything flattering about the Clintons.

Go here to see that Arkansas has not only a Republican Governor, and had one since Bill's second term but has voted for every single Republican Presidential candidate since 2000.

https://www.270towin.com/historical-presidential-elections/timeline/

And do you know why? Because Arkansas hates the Clintons.

60.6% and 62.4% Arkansas overwhelmingly voted for Trump in 2016 and 2020 respectively.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2016_United_States_presidential_election

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2020_United_States_presidential_election

In fact, came in as one of the top ten (tenth) out of the 34 red states that overwhelmingly voted for Trump over Hillary. And top eight (eighth) of the 28 red states that overwhelmingly voted Trump over Biden. Yeah, more Arkansans probably voted for Trump than whatever state you're in.

And do you know why?

Because Arkansans in general hate the Clintons.

But please, go on showing photoshopped buttons as if they're relevant evidence that Arkansas isn't redder than even Texas at this point.

Both the OP and RedBarron1 have concluded that Democrats are racist.

All I did was throw that back in RedBarron1's face when he admitted he was a former Democrat. Which, I was very careful to say he was a former... racist.

I'm not sure how anyone can read RedBarron1's comments here and reasonably conclude he has conducted himself in anyway that is all intellectually honest and worthy of respectful dialogue.

Note, that I did try but I'm quite human.

Who he is irrelevant.

Who I am is irrelevant.

I made no prejudicial calls until I determined from how he presented himself as to whom he was and I very accurately deduced that with stunning accuracy:

"Sorry, red boy living in a blue state, Arkansas hates the Clintons and that is a fact."

To which he confirmed

"25 yr union democrat by the way in Philly"
-Philadelphia has many Democrats from Mayor to Governorship. A Senator and a handful of Representatives who are Democrat. A blue state.

"Did I support Trump, Yup"
-Voting red.

So far, accurate or at least in comparison to his own deductions of me being a "troll" and "having sand in my va**na" and lying about "their Racist history" when, in fact, I said they've definitely not used the Confederate flag (his idea of being racist, not mine) in the last 20 years. Perhaps since he's a 25 year long Democrat voter, he is unaware how much time has passed since he has become a so-called independent. For which, I highly doubt he is. More a Bernie/Trump or Bust Supporter that's usurped the Republican party in the last half decade.

All I was pointing out that the obvious photoshop was obvious.

Arkansans in general hates the Clintons and have since 1998, which does not at all conflict with his statements (tbf, he never even read my comment.) which can be found here:

imgflip.com/i/5za7zm#com16415673

What tactic RedBarron1 is employing here (and far too many do it on Politics page) is burying any relatively informative posts over this back and forth. It started out amicably with both of us saying the only flag we needed was the Star-Spangled but that wasn't good enough for him so he escalated.

As I said, I'm human and let him get the best of me. However, I will never ever let him engage with me since he has utterly failed to conduct himself in any behavior worthy of further debate since he can't handle the facts I presented as respectfully as I could.

From my personal observations of how he conducted himself, I would have to conclude that it was Redbaron who is thin skinned.

He seemed to have no problem calling people racist until he assumed I called him racist.

Since he was quite obviously reading only what he wanted... all I had to do was use the word racist in my comment to upset him. It was tactfully done, not emotional. If someone refuses to listen to me, I have a tendency of making them listen. Even if that means targeting their easily defenseless ego when it comes to being called a racist.

I'm hardly prejudiced. I gave you ample chance to debate with intellectual honesty and you revealed your obvious background on your sleeves. And my interpretations were far more accurate than yours have been of mine.

1. I'm a Republican.

2. I despise Democrats, many of whom are openly racist.

3. It appears those very same Democrats are now in MY party. And they just so happen to have the very same Democrat backgrounds but also those same prejudices which makes me despise them. Even if they're voting for my team. Because now they're not just voting for my team but representing them.

Many of them joining in the last two decades just because of their own prejudices against homosexuals and Obama. Hardly a good enough reason to be a Republican if you're going to be doing the same shit that Democrats did in their party.

There are legitimate reasons to not like the Democratic Party today.

You've displayed nothing but photoshopped buttons, tried to pass it off as evidence, and got caught by a Republican with actual historical knowledge.

You know what else is good for your soul?

Admitting when you're wrong.

So far, I've yet been wrong but I'm willing to do so when I am. How about you?
1 up, 3y,
1 reply
did you not prejudge me and all former Democrats by calling them RACIST???
0 ups, 3y,
1 reply
No, you're a former Democrat who agreed that Democrats are racist.

Prejudice is making a generalization without observing a present individual who may be an exception.

You've made no exceptions to my so far general observation. After my observations of you as an individual were made I drew up some pretty accurate conclusions with simple deduction.

You too may have made a general observation based on my actions and may have also concluded that I'm a leftist, or a Democrat, or a racist, or all the above as people like you tend to do. You would be wrong on all counts. At least, by your standards of what it is to be racist.

All I said was that the image was photoshopped. My evidence was presented and you couldn't handle it.

I'm sorry you couldn't handle it. That parties change over time to meet not just their base but to appeal to the widest population possible. General appeal is more important than an appeal to bias.

Something I hope the Republican party doesn't forget. Though, they seem to forgot it for four years.
