1/ Bruh. Communism =/= Authoritarianism.
Imma set this up for you to think about and make it as simple as possible.
Capitalism is good for when we had it, but it's losing its efficacy.
In Capitalism, you and I are part of a class called the working class.
Under our assets or commodities that we have to trade in a "fair and free marketTM" we all have one asset that we use to barter with to make liquid commodities(money) and that is our labor.
The goal of the employer (person who owns the means of production) is to cut costs and raise profits. Labor power is among the most expensive commodities and the most liable to malfunction. As such, all employers seek the same thing, automation.
Thus, as much as an employer can, they will employ machines to take over the labor force as it is far cheaper. Most Middle-Class jobs downward are only an invention away from being automated. As such, the gold rush of our time is innovation. If you can innovate a process in which you can automate an entire aspect of an industry, boom. You're rich. If we automate half of our work force, the job market cannot sustain the population under any definition of the term. Unemployment will be ... disastrous and employers will dominate the job market and be able to vaporize labor unions that ensure that you, as a worker, are protected and given a fair shake for time off, insurance through employer, paid medical leave, etc.
Of course, that leaves specialty jobs, maintenance of said machines, technicians, Q&A, that kind of thing. But to do this, you need an education. For the poverty, low income and some of the middle class, you have to take student loans. Mind you, the average American citizen is pursuing the American Dream so they're starting a family as well. Today, minimum wage *cannot* support the nuclear family. One must work two fulltime jobs. Instead, the wife and husband share the work and have no time with children. Still, they're barely making bills. Spending full time in school, full time at work. Best thing to do is to create the extended family (which maga yells at BLM for when they talk about by not subscribing to the nuclear family). So, by the time you get your education, you start out in debt. In such a debt that it will take you up to ten years or more to pay it off (on average). After this, you need to buy a car, buy a house. By the time you're done paying everything off, you're pushing late 40s. You've been paying bills, paying for kids, etc.
