My mom went to an event where you were required to be vaccinated or tested (she was vaccinated but before people were basically forcing you to) and everyone there had to wear a mask, even the performers. The whole time. Never saw anyones face. After the event was over, everyone went outside immediately, STILL MASKED. so people were all either tested or vaxed, wearing masks, social distancing, and outside. What. The. Heck.
