Section 1: Congress shall be formed of 20 members. Congresspeople are chosen by the parties in a percentage proportional to the percentage of votes they got in the previous election. For example if Common Sense Party gets 25% of the vote in the election, they are entitled to 5 Congress seats, or 25% of Congress. All members of Congress are required to have obtained a free voter ID from the Imgflip DMV.
