you can't hold the same office more than twice in the time of one year.....
VP holds the same requirements as president, because, wait for it, the point of a VP is that they become president if the original president is unable to perform his duties. But you can't be president, so you can't be VP.

So, feel free to run for HOC or HOS, but you can't be VP.

By the next cycle it would be January 2022

it means a year as in, it wouldn't be till May when you could hold the office again
