Elon Musk was born in South Africa. Kamala Harris was born in Oakland, California and is of Jamaican and Indian decent, not African American. Elon Musk is 100% more African American than Kamala Harris. Not fitting your "definition" does not make it so.

What does that matter? The FACT of the matter, based on how we are doing things here in America in 2021, he is technically an African American. 

Mexicans are of European DESCENT, yet if they have attained US citizenship, they are Mexican Americans.

I thought that in America, in 2021, if you "identify" as whatever, you can be whatever.
