I actually had some tonight at an Italian place that makes it very well. Theirs looks very much like this, except they used both the rings & the tentacles in their recipe. It's one of my favorite dishes, but I can only have it on special occasions now as my doctor has warned me against anything deep-fried in batter, uhhg. SO good though 👍

Hey that place looks super! I'm sure I'd find alot to like on their menu, lol! Seafood is generally very healthy, just go easy on the deep-fried breaded stuff. Sure, sugar's a big problem these days too.It's a big contributor to the obesity & diabetes epidemics.I've cut down alot there too...swell. Seems the Doctor's advice job has gotten a little easier these days. All he has to say is: "Just don't consume anything good & you'll be fine" uhgg🙄
