I rang the bell for them and gave money most of the time I saw a bell ringer. I would see them going in a store and would get my change and a dollar or 2 to go in the bucket. Now when Walmart ask me to round up I cose not to twice so far!!! No more money for them any MORE! FJB and the salvation army too!!!!!!! Maybe we should star boycotting stores that want us to round up too!!!

Yeah, some friends of mine are doing it on Monday and they invited me. I'm gonna have to tell them no. There are plenty of other good charities to donate to/volunteer with.

Yeah. My church does tons of humanitarian work so I only usually go out of my way to give money to them. I'll usually round up at stores or McDonald's though. The bell ringing was actually with my church because the young men in the ward volunteered as a group activity.

I generally only go out of my way to give money, I don't like doing it just cause it's convenient in the moment, simply because I don't really know anything about the charity. I'm very particular like that. I don't know if this is wrong exactly, but I don't even tithe to my church because I know they have more than enough already. Any tithe from that I'm giving to my local pregnancy care center.
