So as a conservative I have a plan to deal with children; we encourage people to get married, we encourage people to raise their kids, and we punish people who do not do that which they are responsible for.
As a leftist, I presume, what is your plan to deal with children? Is it the same as the libertarian except that you would have the state step in and raise the child if the parents chose to be neglectful?
