i once got a shiny darkrai and a shiny shaymin and not once did i have to connect to the internet or use money
besides i cant connect my 3DS to the internet i'm using one of those mini card things that aren't sold anymore and if i update the thing the card will stop working
they hold a bunch of games that you never had to pay fur but if you connect to the internet BOOM BIG ASS FEE AND YOU'RE GOING TO JAIL
