Brilliant! It conveys your emotions and feelings quite well, but... I would suggest saying something like, "I am still who I am. Nothing about me has changed, even though that may seem like a lie due to this change in gender. However, I have always *been* this gender; it's just that I was put in the wrong body and only realized it a while ago. I know this might be a difficult thing to grasp and get used to, but it's what makes *me* happy. And I believe my happiness is far more important than being forced to be who I am not. Thank you."
I myself am planning to come out to my grandparents soon, and this is definitely some big inspiration to me, so thank you :3 If you have any tips for myself, I would love that! Of course, you don't have to! (´▽`ʃ♡ƪ)
Nevertheless, great job; I'm super proud of you!!! ヾ(≧▽≦*)o
