Are liberals, as right-wing columnist John Nolte wrote, trying to trick conservatives into not getting vaccinated using reverse psychology?

Let’s just game that, shall we:
Liberals: For the love of God, or for the sake of the world, get vaccinated!
Conservatives: Hah! You know we’d disagree with you, you’re just using reverse psychology to persuade us to not get vaccinated!
Liberals: Are we? Uh…okay, don’t get vaccinated?
Conservatives: Oh, you want us to die, do you?
Liberals: No! Get vaccinated!
Conservatives: And give up our freedom? You can’t fool us!
Liberals: Look, do whatever, get vaccinated, don’t get vaccinated, just stay away from other people!
Conservatives: Now we see the tyranny! Scratch a liberal and a fascist bleeds! We knew all along that you’re just trying to control us!
Liberals: We’re not trying to control you! There’s a freakin’ global pandemic going on! Get vaccinated!
Conservatives: It’s all fake news! There’s no pandemic!
Liberals: If there’s no pandemic, then why would be trying to trick you into not getting vaccinated against a pandemic that doesn’t exist?
Conservatives: Because you want to insert mind control nanobots into us!
Liberals: No we don’t!
Conservatives: You would say that!
Liberals: Fine, then don’t get the mind control nanobots inserted into yourselves!
Conservatives: Aha! Reverse psychology again!
Liberals: Does that mean you will get vaccinated?
Conservatives: NEVARRRR!
Convictions are more dangerous enemies of truth than lies.
