im getting scared over little things now

Maybe find an online school to go to? I got beat up all the time when I went to public school, so much so that I have PTSD from it, I have nightmares about going back daily. I had to do things that risked getting in trouble to avoid getting strangled (the administration didn’t care about the kids getting bullied), you should not have to go through this, did anyone get in trouble for beating you up?

it's pretty good for self-defense, because if someone attacks you you can fend them off without actually hurting them and getting in trouble
