More like more, by a lot, as in the entire population of Planet Earth, of which would now be split into the German and Japanese Empires - and that would be by ethnicity, not just territory (save for a few left for slavery purposes).

Think about that, your grandparents were born into a world that was a donkey cart away from the Stone Age, and they later got light at the flick of a switch, communication beyond the Pony Express.
