so about the whole title change thing- it's ok to change a title and add a note if you're not doing it to be annoying and the OP has not told you not to. If you are changing the title of someone's image just to be annoying and for no real reason even after the user has told you to stop, i think that would be considered mod abuse since the mod in question would be using their mod to cause drama instead of fixing it, and on purpose. if you want anarchy, we have several streams for that, but msmg can't handle that
