BUT- You can use any ORIGINAL method of creating an OC as long as you don't steal charatcers/images from the internet and make your own.

Use some form of making characters (I suggest picrew as it has HUNDREDS of generators (maybe thousands)) and then put it on the template we want you to put it on- and then- Y'know what- I'll just start making the rules and stuff now so its all in one image :3
