does anyone else have this problem in there school?

In my 1st and 2nd periods, there's this one kid that plays sound effects whenever the teacher leaves the room, and I hate them.

He always yells sheesh across the art class and other cringe TikTok stuff that died over 7 months ago
He moans a crap ton as well and one time he shoved pencils and staplers up kids butts

This isn't a problem in my school but my little sister does it (shes fricking 9) and i am very concerned
