leave the unabanningto the owners.
If a person is causing severe trouble, a normal mod can ban them.
Normal mods can’t unban them unless approved by an owner.

Hey... I just wanted to say I'm sorry, I'm sorry for everything I put most of you all through this past week... I was too fed up by the flaws that msmg had and it led me down a path that I should've tooken red flags for before hand... but I didn't and instead continued to do what I thought was "justice" and "the right thing to do"... I just wanna make things back to normal again... before this big fiasco happened... again, I'm so sorry for everything I caused, I never expected it that it'd be this far at all... I just asked that I wanna be unbanned, thats it. Nothing else. I promise to not act like a snowflake towards anybody now at this point... I promise to stop calling you names... Please, I wanna have another chance, as I said, I'm terribly sorry...
