Trump does not believe in the "Free Market." He thinks that laws about lying to get loans, etc. do not apply to him. The Free Market does not promote lawlessness. I support Capitalism, which is regulated in ways that protect workers, minorities and the environment at least on a minimal level. A few rules to moderate behavior away from negative and toward positive instincts are good.

There is a mine in the Mojave Desert that has a site for refining. China refines most of the world's Rare Earths because of pollution concerns. Applying the latest science on how to minimize negative impacts could be of benefit. Is it better to ship our ores to China for very harmful, unregulated refining, or do it ourself as cleanly as is humanly possible?
