PROPOSAL:

Private citizens may purchase theme days, weeks, and “dress-up days” to temporarily transform the PRESIDENTS stream to their liking. A dress-up day is essentially, a pop-up Halloween — when active, PRESIDENTS memers may pose as another memer, your favorite meme character, whatever you wish.

Prices are according to the following table:

Theme day — $300
Theme week — $1500
Dress-up day — $500
Dress-up week — $2500

Funds spent on these events are returned to the IMGFLIP_BANK; this serves as a means of combating inflation.

Looking at those rates, I think I might have to save up if I want a festival...
