If you want a bit of his lore, he is a demon who manifests in children’s dreams. He can only manifest if a child below 7 watches his cartoon show. If you see him, run. If he catches you, you will die “in your sleep” in the real world. If you survive long enough to wake up, he will leave you alone, but you will have ptsd for the rest of your life.
