Kawaii and Danny should be unbanned. Tell me why I’m wrong

Neither of them seem to have done anything wrong

Danny is a Pedophile, and he rages when ever people say literally anything, and he won't stop harassing users when he is unbanned. (we have given him lots of chances and he ruins all of them)
Kawaii is a 9yr/o girl that is constantly posting inappropriate content, and is causing drama. banning her just gave her one less stream she can post her horny stuff to. besides- 9yr/o's shouldn't even be on this site- TOS literally says that you need to be 13 and older.

I see why users hate Danny now, but I still support kawaii.
