Again you're very sweet,
I agree California is a very nice place to live. But the city I live in is politically really bad. For example the city council at the last meeting found they needed more discretionary funds, So they had the city manager raid the accounts with money left in them (when requesting funding they always overestimate) which are more than likely specified for other purposes, So, if the city's audited, more than likely the funds will need to be returned, of course at the taxpayer's expense. It's not like it hasn't happened before.

By the way the only information I was able to find about the lyrics you left was that it was a song from the 1970s. You usually make it easier for me than this. Although I must admit in looking I got lost in the Phantom Planet song California. :)
