It's an intriguing idea, but someone would have to keep track of how many memes are featured in each stream per week. (And if many people are becoming investors in all sorts of different streams, it would quickly become unmanageable.)

Unless someone can write a program to keep track of those kinds of things, I'm gonna have to pass.

what if we only allow certain streams to invest in? I would gladly take the position to keep track of this if i would have the privilege considering im secretary of defense and also a senator. idk if it would give me too much power.

If you come up with a detailed and workable proposal, and are willing to volunteer to track the investments then the Bank wouldn't have a problem with it.

However, I feel that a new source of income like this should be voted upon by Congress/Senate.
