I saw them on the last show before Paul tested positive. Toledo, OH, August 25th, Gene's birthday, ironically.

Gene has a habit of spitting loogies on stage. Very tasteful and proves that he's a COVID hypocrite. He came out shortly before that in favor of vaccine mandates. Of course, it was his choice to either enforce masks and/or vaccine proof for all audience members or to cancel the tour totally. I'm not in favor of ANY mandates, I'm just pointing out his hypocrisy. Anything for a buck for these guys. I'm surprised that they cancelled their Vegas residency.

My hubby mentioned this earlier. I hope to god Paul doesn't try to go all authoritarian on his fans.

Right? I don't know too much about what Paul's opinions are on the subject, he hasn't been doing too many interviews. Gene,on the other hand, is always running his mouth to the press. As I said, the bands can mandate proof of vaccination and require masks from audience members. Gene talks a lot of shit along those lines but won't do it be because it will cost him money.

A few weeks ago a country artist (Travis Tritt, I believe) canceled his shows where the local governments put those restrictions in place. That's awesome!
