RANDOM FURRY-FANDOM HOOT-OUT: #001 ~ Dr. Samuel Conway (AKA Uncle Kage); Samuel Charles Conway (born June 4, 1965) is an American researcher in the pharmaceutical, biomedical and agrochemical fields of organic chemistry. He holds a Ph.D. in chemistry from Dartmouth College. Outside the scientific community, Conway is better known as Uncle Kage and is chairman and chief organizer of Anthrocon, the second largest furry convention in the world. He is a published author, and has acted as a volunteer emergency coordinator, entertainer, and auctioneer.
