I think this pays some way too much. Not sure what DMV employees (for instance) do that entitles them to twice an average citizen’s pay. And former Presidents get 5x a citizen’s pay, above even most active government members.

I think it’s a recipe for inflation and discontent, but hey, it carries the most support in Congress at the moment so 🤷‍♂️

As proprietor of the Bank, I will honor the government’s wishes and pay accordingly even if I disagree.
