I think this pays some way too much. Not sure what DMV employees (for instance) do that entitles them to twice an average citizen’s pay. And former Presidents get 5x a citizen’s pay, above even most active government members.
I think it’s a recipe for inflation and discontent, but hey, it carries the most support in Congress at the moment so 🤷♂️
As proprietor of the Bank, I will honor the government’s wishes and pay accordingly even if I disagree.
I would like to point out that you could always call for a Senate vote on one of the other proposals voted on by Congress or come up with your own, just once it passes the Senate, it would have to go back to Congress for a Congress vote before going to Envoy.
Damn it. No one voted.
I'm changing my vote to Aye.

Is that our only choice? The big money vs small money?
I'll vote for it if it'll get you guys the bank you want, but I don't see why we need that much money for the President and VP.
Also, cabinet positions should get something.
"Whichever proposal gets the most aye votes is the one that passes Congress and moves on to the Senate for them to vote on."
Right now, the proposal with the most aye votes is Sir.MemeMan's (although there are still several Congressmembers who haven't voted, despite my many posts in the stream redirecting Congress's attention to the matter...)
Yeah, agreed, we'd need salaries for the Cabinet, too.
Shoot.
I don't want to vote for this version, but I don't want to hold up the bank either. I personally don't like the bank, but half the stream is waiting for it...
