The current way of representation is, ugh. Honestly, we have to find people who actually know about the LGBTQ community, and don’t write stereotypes or make their identity the character’s sole personality trait

yea because every time I fresh LGBTQ characters (in other words new characters) their only trait is that they are LGBTQ. You can say the same with some people out there but that's off the point

Well, that is American. Funny part is despite the fact that they are called the most LGBTQ loving countries, Japan and Sweden actually don't focus on the topic so much, which is cool because feels like we focus on it so much and it is getting out of hand, giving the community a bad rep in the States

Yeah. Most mangakas tell their stories how they like and don't care if people think it's not "politically correct" enough because the Japanese don't mind. But they still manage to make characters that are black or part of the LGBTQ community and they do it so well.
