If there isn't a line of succession already, then I assume Pollard would be HOC because whenever an elected official left office before there was a line of succession the runner-up would take his/her place (eg. mine_turtle_with_no_lawyer replacing RichardChill24 after he resigned before a line of succession was established).

But now that people are voting for a party, it's easier to categorize. Since the Libertarian alliance obviously won everything, wouldn't it make sense that they should choose the new HOC?

The most sensible thing IMO is for Holy Crusader Party to nominate a replacement, since Pr1ce was HCP’s representative to the Libertarian Alliance.

A lot of people dropped out of the Libertarian Alliance race so Price could run unopposed (by theoretical libertarians.)
With him deleted and a murky line of succession, the stream now gets whatever it gets and the Libertarian Alliance no longer has a "balanced" ticket.
