What’s your complicated history with it, if you don’t mind sharing?

It has to do with a math teacher a really long time ago. We had to do a project that involved making a math calendar, with expressions for each day. A (now former) rival based his on pi day, and got an excessive amount of praise for it, and so I got jealous. I’m mostly over it now.

Yeah, my rival was praised much more than me, mostly because I was in 5th grade and didn’t want to do tons of work I didn’t have to. My classmates and students knew I was smart, but I didn’t like to show it like my rival did. I did get 165% as my end of year math grade though

But on the other hand, my dad’s birthday is pi day, and I’m really close with him, so it has a positive meaning from that too
