There is a point where, if the price is too low, where it's not economically feasible to frack. No problem, you leave the oil in the ground until such time that the price goes back up.

Exactly. I’m all for renewables, but we can’t quit fossil fuels cold turkey like idiots such as Greta Thunberg want to do, because people are going to die if that’s the case. We have plenty enough fossil fuels that we don’t have to fully make the switch for at least another century.
