okay so when i first came out to my parents, they immediately just started asking about what procedures i wanted to take, and tried to make a plan for me already. and when i came out at school, my english teachers already started to try and change my name on all the school systems and stuff and i just feel like i HAVE to be going at this fast pace and im not allowed to slow down and I just really can't keep up with this and i just want everything to SLOW THE F**K DOWN but im too scared to ask anyone to stop putting so much pressure on me

I understand Luke, if you can sit in a quiet nook of your house and write down what you need to do. It always helps me feel less stressed. Then you can slowly work on those things. You should tell your parents you’re stressed out. Remember it’s their job to help you and care for you.
